What you have to do:
- Full support of project sales from the technical side: interaction with the customer on technical issues, analysis of technical requirements;
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including:
- assessment of the cost of equipment components, receipt of a TAP from sub-suppliers and partners
- design of drawings (assembly, dimensional and installation drawings, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, PID diagrams)
- calculation and adjustment of hydraulic characteristics (flow-pressure) depending on power, trimming of the impeller, as well as taking into account the viscosity of the pumped medium
- correction of the technical proposal based on the Customer’s comments, technical negotiations with the Customer’s services and design organizations;
- Selection of equipment according to technical specifications and design specifications, processing of customer orders;
- Development and registration of sets of accompanying documentation in accordance with the requirements of GOST, ESKD (RKD, operation manual, product passport).
- Technical supervision during the implementation of projects for the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment.
What do we expect from the candidate:
- Knowledge of GOST, ESKD and ISO/API standards;
- Knowledge of the basics of design and manufacture of pumping equipment is required (candidates without experience /knowledge or from other fields of activity are not considered);
- Ability to work in Compass-3D, Autocad;
- Work experience as a technical support engineer, design engineer is welcome;
- Самостоятельность и инициативность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
